Its a high quality rice cooker but with the little problems with it selling it cheap.
Decent condition. Fully works the heating metal is stained but cleaned. It wobbles a little but should not be a problem.
You are able to take the top off if you try I dont know if it made that way or not does not look broken and you really have to try and take the top off.
